Personal data we process
When you use the facility we may process identity and contact data such as your name, phone number and vehicle registration; transaction security data during payment; and CCTV footage recorded on site. Through this website, only the technical data required for the site to function is processed. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message and number you share are processed under WhatsApp's own terms.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to deliver the service, to run payment and invoicing, to keep the site and vehicles secure, and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations — on the legal bases of performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
Sharing
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than legally authorised public authorities and our payment service providers. It is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes.
Retention
CCTV footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days. Other data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or erased, and to request that processing be restricted. Send requests in writing to our address, or to the email address shown on this site.
